Schedule:

I started as a support counselor working with disadvantaged youth in the Bay Area through a wraparound program. I united community resources to help families navigate the systems of child welfare and probation. I found a passion for helping others to help themselves. I noticed how social workers were a part of each discussion making change and I knew that was what I wanted to do.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents with various backgrounds and goals in a therapeutic setting. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies which are some of the pillars towards my psychotherapeutic approach. I utilize Gottman techniques for conflict management and increasing connection in couples work.

Why Plumas district Hospital?

I grew up in Quincy before I moved to the Bay Area for school and young adult life. I always knew I would return to raise my own family. I am deeply passionate about giving back to the community that once raised me and PDH is that direct opportunity. Behavioral Health is a growing department, and I am excited to be a part of the growing team.

Associations are affiliated with: National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
