Join our teen group, a creative, safe space designed to help you navigate the ups and downs of high school. Through art, journaling, and interactive activities, you’ll learn to express your true self while gaining practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, and big emotions. Connect with peers, challenge negative self-talk, and walk away with a personalized “toolkit” for everyday life. Weekly session on Thursdays. Open group, new members age 13-17 can join at any time. People can come and go each weeks as they wish.
Course Details:
Focus on self-awareness of mental health: symptoms and contributing factors. Strategies for symptom management. Introduce a CBT/DBT skill each session, practice in session. Group feedback/engagement. Set intention for the week.
