A free behavioral health group, supporting people age 65 and older. Aging often brings a quieter world and a smaller social circle, which can lead to isolation and a heavy mental load. This course is designed to combat those challenges. We don't just "sit and talk"; we follow a progressive curriculum to help you process loss, manage anxiety, and rebuild a sense of community.
