Daniel Gragert, DO, MPH, MSC, FAWM

Presenter

Dr. Gragert practices medicine in Flathead County, Northwest Montana, where he owns and operates an outpatient clinic. He holds board certification in Family Medicine with an Emergency Medicine subspecialty, specializing in critical access medical care. As a clinical professor at both the University of Washington and University of Montana, he brings academic rigor to his work. His research centers on healthcare delivery in remote and austere environments. Dr. Gragert works closely with county, state, and federal organizations to implement standardized care protocols in wilderness settings. He serves as medical director for an East African NGO providing emergency obstetrical care in isolated regions. He is also a volunteer firefighter, and 10+ year veteran with multiple search and rescue organizations. But most importantly he is the dad to two wonderful human beings: Dean and Hawna.
