The Director of Nursing (DON) administers this newer service line at Plumas District Hospital. The DON supervises all aspects of nursing services, ensuring adherence to regulations, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a collaborative environment among the healthcare team. The DON oversees all aspects of nursing services, ensuring adherence to regulations, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a collaborative environment among the healthcare team. The DON leads the SNF to meet legal, organizational, and medical staff guidelines in achieving optimum health care delivery. Organizes, directs, plans, assesses and leads this new program.

Compensation for Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale
Base Rate: $66.89 - $95.37 / hour (or $139,131.20 - $197,367.82)
Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00
Housing Stipend: We provide three months of paid housing or $1,500.00 / month housing stipend for the first three months of employment
