The Outpatient Patient Access Representative is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely registration of patients presenting for outpatient services and the Emergency Department. This position is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, setting the tone for a positive patient experience. The role requires attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment that demands both accuracy and compassion.
