Our Swing Bed program is an exciting opportunity for our community members to receive transitional care and rehab when recovering from illness, injury or surgery prior to returning home. Swing Bed Services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Nutrition Services, Pharmacy.
