Our swing bed program is a specialty program that allows our community to receive short term rehab in the hospital setting that can bridge the gap from a hospital stay to home. Swing Bed Services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Nutrition Services, Pharmacy.
