DESCRIPTION:Two\, 12 Session series\, one class every Tuesday for 12 weeks. The session focuses on adults who have a history of trauma and/or substance abuse.  Addresses the intersection of trauma and addiction\, focusing on immediate safety rather than deep exploration of traumatic memories.
