We are excited to announce that we will be offering another health fair during the second and third week of October (October 10-14, October 17-21). The health fair provides community members with the opportunity to have draws done at a discount. The October health fair will be held Monday - Friday, 7am - 9:30am. Appointments are required. Cash, Card, and Check will all be accepted.  Call 530.283.2121, and ask to schedule an appointment for the health fair. Appointments are required.
