The Plumas District Hospital Volunteers is made up of over 100 members. Since their inception in 1978, they have donated over $300,000 for the hospital from various fundraisers as well as the proceeds from The Bargain Boutique.
PDH Volunteers embrace the phrase “Those who can do, and those who can do more, volunteer”
Volunteer Services primarily include:
· Staffing and operating thrift store
· Assisting with semi-annual community health screenings
· Maintaining Life Line program
· Organizing semi-annual community blood drive
· Providing baby quilts and numerous other jobs as requested
