AUGUST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Tom Oglesby, Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Tom has recently been in charge of the installation of the new Chemistry Analyzer. It has been a very stressful job but he has carried the Lab thru this difficult time. He has been a good trainer to all of us during this time. This work he has been doing will ultimately lead to a high quality of care for our patients. Tom also orders all of our supplies in this department. He is very cost conscious and has implemented several changes that save PDH money while not impacting patient care. He also knows down to the drop how much control each test requires thereby saving PDH money. Tom is also the main operator of the Chemistries during the Health Fair. With an additional 125 specimens a day he still gets the work done as this a very important part of Preventative Medicine.
