Make a difference, today!  Plumas Health Care Foundation needs your support to purchase equipment for PDH so that our doctors, nurses and staff can continue to offer you access to high quality health care services, right here in our community.

We welcome contributions of all sizes. To us, the most important thing is to get as many community members involved as possible.  

If you have received extraordinary care, please consider recognizing the staff member, department or physician by making a Guardian Angel Program donation in their honor. 

In recognition of your gift, your Guardian Angel will receive a certificate of appreciation informing him/her of your gratitude.  In addition, Guardian Angels receive a lapel pin to wear proudly as a token of the excellent care you received. 

Donors are recognized annually according to your contribution level and personal wishes through annual and cumulative giving clubs. 

 Heart of the Valley Club             $1000 or more

Mt. Hough Club                          $500 - $999

Argentine Peak Club                   $250 - $499

Spanish Peak Club                      up to $249  

The Benefactors Club recognizes and honors those whose generosity has exceeded $10,000 or more to the Plumas Health Care Foundation.   

Memorial gifts of any size are a thoughtful way to recognize a loved one or friend.  Tribute gifts may be made in honor of a physician or staff member who has touched your life.   When cumulative gifts honoring a particular person equal $1000 or more, that person’s name will be placed on the Memorial & Tribute Club plaque.
