Plumas District Hospital is the process of reviewing our broker selection to assist with strategically planning, designing and negotiating the best coverage and cost for selective health and welfare employee benefit programs. Our leadership team is looking to ensure we have financially competitive and affordable benefit programs to offer our employees. Our goal is to select a broker to perform the full range of services related to the design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of Plumas District Hospital’s employee benefits insurance programs. The selected broker will be expected to handle all our employee benefits consulting and insurance placement needs.The goal of our search is to select the broker who will be a long-term, effective and proactive partner in assisting us to:

  • Reduce overall expense
  • Minimize risk
  • Enable Plumas District Hospital to protect corporate assets
  • Provide a high level of customer service in helping PDH to assess and manage risk
  • Provide leadership and propose innovative solutions to our risk management needs
